Kirsten Smith
Kirsten has served organizations from nearly every leadership seat-Sales & Marketing, Operations, Integrator, and now Visionary. As a Certified EOS® Implementer with nearly 500 session days, she has helped leadership teams across a wide range of industries build healthier, stronger businesses. That breadth of experience gives her a unique perspective on what separates organizations that gain real traction from those that stay stuck. When Kirsten says she knows what great looks like, it's because she's seen it hundreds of times-and Beacon & Blade was built on that experience.
Hailey Nogler
While serving full time as a COO and working to bring EOS® into her own company, Hailey realized she was a natural-born Integrator, with the rare ability to harmonize the people, operations, and priorities of an organization into something that actually moved forward with health and excellence. So she leaned fully into the system, running EOS as a full-time Integrator. Eventually, she realized her real calling was to lean even more into the space: partnering with Kirsten to create something that would help Visionaries truly experience the power of a great right-hand partner, while empowering Integrators like herself to confidently and skillfully be that partner.
Sam Sawyer
Sam keeps Beacon & Blade running behind the scenes with remarkable precision. From onboarding new clients to supporting the Integrator team, she manages the details that keep every engagement moving smoothly. Her project management background and proactive mindset ensure the team has what they need before they even have to ask.
Ashtyn Smith
Ashtyn shapes how Beacon & Blade shows up in the world. From brand assets and events to marketing and social media, she brings clarity, creativity, and consistency to every touchpoint. Kristen is an Integrator at heart who still spends her days in the work of execution. She leads Beacon & Blade's Needs Assessments with a remarkable ability to cut through complexity, identify root issues, and determine the type of support that will create the greatest impact. Her practical experience allows her to quickly recognize what a business truly needs.
Paul DiCicco
Paul serves as the shepherd of every Beacon & Blade client engagement, protecting the success of both the client and the team. A Navy veteran and lifelong coach, he creates an environment where clients feel supported through the challenges that come with meaningful organizational change. His leadership has been instrumental in Beacon & Blade's 9.9 client satisfaction rating.
Kailee Ostroski
Kailee is the keeper of the Beacon & Blade playbook, ensuring every Integrator has the tools, standards, and resources needed to serve clients with excellence. As one of Beacon & Blade's experienced Interim Integrators and a former teacher, she combines practical leadership with a gift for building clear systems and developing the people around her.
Mark Jordan
Mark was Beacon & Blade's very first Integrator and helped shape the organization from its earliest days. With years of experience serving as a Fractional Integrator, he now serves as a trusted advisor to both the leadership team and the Integrator team. His thoughtful guidance has earned him the affectionate nickname 'Yoda' among the team.
